Lists

Lately Rebecca and I have been into making lists of things. It all started with the weekly grocery list, and seeing how well it worked, we branched out into all sorts of lists. Usually its only a figure of speech, i.e "Oh! we have to _____ sometime! Add it to the list. " But one day I just decided to take it literally, so I wrote it down on our fridge's white board. Here are the current written lists.

Happy New Year's!

Okay, so we are a bit late posting for New Years, but I still didn't want to leave it out. Our New Year's Eve celebration included a second Christmas celebration as well, this time with my side of the family. It mostly involved everyone in my family giving us the gifts they hadn't been able to on Christmas day since we were in California. It was fun, and we ended up with a lot of really nice stuff. I was the most excited though about the Adobe CS 3 Premium Design Suite that my family went in on to help Nate get for me. I have been wanting it for awhile, and I wanted to get it while we were still students so that we could get it for the discounted price.

We spent the rest of the evening eating lots of yummy food, watching The North Avenue Irregulars, eating more yummy food, and playing Pounce. Unfortunately, I had not been feeling very well all day, and I continued to feel worse as the evening progressed. It was obvious I was fighting some sort of cold, so almost as soon as midnight hit, I headed to bed. I felt even worse the next day, which didn't help as I tried to enjoy my brother Allan's birthday party. I didn't actually start feeling much better until Thursday, but even now I am still congested.

Wednesday this week was fun. We went to a concert performed by the A Cappella group Noteworthy. They are really good and even won the international collegiate A Cappella competition last year. That was a lot of fun. They performed at the Scera, so we went with another couple in our ward. We definitely are glad that we went!
