Welcome Home Ben!

My brother Ben got home from his mission in Madagascar a week ago. It was so fun to see him and welcome him home at the airport that night. He got to meet Austin for the first time.

A lot of family members showed up to greet him. We didn't have much time to talk or anything else at that point, but we look forward to doing more with him in the months to come.

Snowshoeing

Yesterday we finally got a chance to use the snowshoes we got for Christmas! After leaving Austin with a couple friends who generously agreed to tend him for us, Nate and I headed up Odgen Canyon with Zipper for some fun in the snow.

We didn't have time to go very far...only a couple miles in total. But it was a perfect day for snowshoeing and we thoroughly enjoyed the short excursion. Zipper especially had a blast chasing snowballs.

And hot chocolate always hits the spot on a cold trail!
