Thanksgiving and Such
Our Thanksgiving was great. We got to eat Thanksgiving dinner four times. The Friday before Thanksgiving we ate a Thanksgiving meal at AlphaGraphics. Nate even came to eat with me. It was fun, and REALLY good. The turkey had been marinating for a couple days previously, and then was roasted outside with charcoal and soaked wood chips. The result was an amazing, moist, delicious turkey! We also ate another potluck Thanksgiving dinner that night with our ward. Then on Thanksgiving day we ate Thanksgiving dinner with my mom's side of the family, and had more dessert later with my dad's side of the family. The next day we ate another dinner with Nate's extended family.
Sunday was also fun because we invited my family over to eat dinner at our apartment with us. We prepared a yummy ziti pasta dish with a pound cake for dessert. Nate thought the cake looked so good he took some pictures of it. It not only looked good though; it also tasted great!

Merry Halloween!
Well, I know it is a little late for Halloween, but it took awhile for my parents to send these to us. For those who are still interested in seeing them, here are some pictures from our Halloween party with my family.

In case you were wondering, the goofy jack-o-lantern with glasses is the one Nate and I carved. The second picture down shows my two aunts, Aunt Stephanie and Aunt Rosanne, my mom, and my dad.

Happy November
As the semester's end draws closer, we have become busier than ever. However, Monday evening we took a break to celebrate our six month anniversary. Yep. We have now been married six months. We celebrating by using a gift certificate Nate got for his birthday to TGI Fridays for dinner. It was a lot of fun.
We also had a lot of fun dressing up as puzzle pieces for a couple Halloween parties we went to a couple weeks ago. We made the pieces ourselves out of cardboard and painted ghosts on them. They fit together regardless of which side of each other we stood on.
Other than that, I have been recovering from mono. I feel much better and have been back to work. I don't always get a full day in, but it is nice to be feeling better. My position at work was also changed. Before I got sick, I was working at the front counter as a customer service representative, but now I have been switched to be the DocuTech copy machine operator. We have two DocuTech machines, which are used for high volume and fast copy jobs. Thus far, I have enjoyed this position more than working at the front counter, so I think it is a good change.
